The Ancient Heart of Sikkim

Yuksom in West Sikkim holds deep historical and spiritual significance — it was here in 1641 that the first Chogyal of Sikkim was crowned. Surrounded by prayer flags, glacial streams, ancient monasteries, and trails leading toward Mount Kanchenjunga, the village offers a unique blend of history and Himalayan beauty.

How to Reach Us

From Bagdogra airport or NJP station, hire a shared jeep to Geyzing (3–4 hrs), then a local vehicle to Yuksam (1 hr). We are happy to assist with transport arrangements — just ask!
